Agents and Customs
We act as agents and customs brokers of the ships that are expected in the port of Volos to be loaded or unloaded.
We inform all interested parties about the arrival of the ship and the readiness of the cargo. Not only we undertake the smooth arrival of ships, but we also prepare the side position in consultation with the port authorities. Furthermore, we are in contact with the loaders for the safe transport and stacking of the cargo in the port of Volos.
Cargo Handling
We prepare the custom clearance of the cargo and all the customs procedures for the loading of the cargo on the ship and all loading procedures with the harbor master.
During the loading of the cargo on board we are in consultation with the master, the representative of the loaders, insurance inspector the stevedores and the cranes for safe and smooth loading.
Shipping Logistics
After the end of loading we issue all the documents of the cargo such as :

In 1959 was established the company ‘’ NIKOS & ANTONIS PAPAYEORYIOU CO.’’ with managers the brothers PAPAYEORYIOU.
The company was involved in Agency services on 24 hours basis , 365 days a year in Volos and in all Greek ports.
In 1981 the above company was renamed in ‘’PAPAYEORYIOU SHIPPING AGENCY LTD ‘’ and undertaken by the new manager Mr. Minaoglou Theodoros with more than 20 years experience as employee.
His son Minaoglou Christos with 10 years and his nephew Hagias Christos with 20 years as employees , in 2012 took over the management and control the company till now.
Our office occupies 6 employees with several decades of experience, diligent and well trained personnel and an actual and sophisticated, still dynamic and always developing quality assurance system, we make sure that the best services are given to the clients that honor us by choosing us as their local agents.
